Denmark donated Computers and Books to Schools in Rawalpindi

The Ambassador of Denmark in Pakistan, H.E. Jesper Moller Sorensen has visited the renowned St. Mary’s Cambridge School and St. Patrick High School in Rawalpindi. According to reports, the Embassy donated computers and books to both schools to support its efforts in improving the quality of literacy education for all students.

danish_ambassador_school_rwpSpeaking to the students and faculty members of the school, the Danish ambassador said that “Education is the right of every child, regardless of race, religion or gender. Education is, however, more than books. It is also about learning and understanding different cultures and people; And it is about co-existence. Education is key to achieving a more prosperous and peaceful world”.
